Do you offer professional assembly for bikes purchased online?
Yes, every bike purchased through Cahaba Cycles is professionally assembled and safety-checked by our certified mechanics before it leaves the shop.
What is your return policy for bicycles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Bicycles must be in new, unridden condition, and gear must be in its original packaging with tags attached.
Do you provide shipping for e-bikes?
Due to battery safety regulations and size constraints, most e-bikes are available for in-store pickup only. Standard accessories and non-electric bikes can be shipped nationwide.
Is there a warranty included with my purchase?
All new bicycles come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects, plus Cahaba Cycles provides a complimentary 30-day break-in adjustment service.
Can I trade in my old bike for credit toward a new one?
Absolutely. We partner with Bicycle Blue Book to provide fair trade-in values that can be applied immediately toward the purchase of a new bicycle in-store.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and offer specialized financing options through Trek Logistics and Affirm for qualifying purchases.
